  1. I appreciate the reminder. I used to always stretch before and after exercising – even before walking. I slipped on a wet boulder at the beach and landed awkwardly and hard on one foot. My left leg near my knee was injured. I had just begun walking, without warming up and stretching first, that’s probably why it took a couple of months to heal. Tomorrow I will begin stretching again before and after walking.
